RHM is an ISO – 9001 – 2008 certified company by the internationally renowned certificate agency “The United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS). RHM is fully complying the ISO 9001:2008 quality system in all it’s departments and functional areas and the personnel are fully aware and familiar with all the requirements that are to be fulfilled and complied with. RHM has an ISO –Quality management representative (QMR) who will be in charge of conducting periodic Internal audits to ascertain the effectiveness of the ISO system and issues non- conformity notes (NCR) to the concerned departments which fails to fulfill the requirements to the satisfactory level and also in order to ensure that the non-compliance shall not be repeated. The certifying agency also conducts half yearly audits in all departments to ensure that the ISO 9001:2008 system is implemented to the satisfactory level.

The quality assurance standards to be maintained at phase of the construction and on each element of the project work are well defined in the approved Quality Manual. This document is comprehensive all and describes in unambiguous terms at every stage of construction activity. Ultimately the quality standards and specifications enshrined in manual need to be accepted and implemented by the men on the job. RHM recognizes the crucial significance of human element in ensuring quality. Structured training programmes ensure that every RHM employee is quite conscious of his role and responsibility extending RHM’s tradition of leadership through quality.


A commitment to safety spring from a concern for the individual worker – everyone of the thousands braving the rigours of the construction of numerous project sites. But sentiment alone cannot ensure safety in an industry prone to occupational hazards. At RHM safety management is viewed and managed in the same way and with some seriousness as other operational functions. It is an area which has been subjected to intensive study. Risk factors have been analysed and counter measures developed to ensure that, safety standards are integral to operational procedures. On going training which inculcates safe construction practices are part of RHM’s Human Resource Development Programme. RHM Board of Directors is constituted by the President, Mr. Rajeh H. Al-Marri, who is the founder of the RHM group of companies; the Executive Vice President Mr. Hamad R.
