The Construction Group has a clearly defined chain of command headed by a General Manager who reports to the Board of Directors represented by the Company Executive Vice-President, Mr. Hamad R. Al-Marri. & Vice President Mr. Ali Al-Marri.

The Construction Group has a total staff of over 600 professionals and approximately 1,800 workers of different nationalities among them: Saudis, Americans, Canadians, British, Filipinos, Pakistanis, Indians, Bangladeshis and Nepalese. The bulk of the main workforce is Indian/Filipino professionals and skilled workers of various trades and crafts. Semi-skilled labors are from India , Philippines , Bangladesh and Nepal .

The Company is capable of recruiting personnel through authorised agencies in the United States , Britain , Philippines , Pakistan , India , Bangladesh and Nepal .
