One of the main factors in the continuous success of Company in the construction business is its total commitment towards proper and effective implementation of its established Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program. The success in the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program is attributed to the Company's Management ability in emphasising to all its personnel the importance of providing and maintaining good quality work through continuous personnel orientation and training program.

The Company's total commitment in the implementation of its established Quality Control Program cannot be overemphasised and has never been compromised. The effective implementation of the Company's Assurance and Quality Control Program is the responsibility of the Quality Control Department composed of qualified professional certified by international institutions and experienced personnel headed by the Quality Control Manager who is directly responsible to the General Manager.

To further maintain and improve the Company' commitment to Safety and Loss Prevention, the Safety Department, top management and the construction group consider safety education/orientation, counselling and proper motivation as the guiding policy in the enforcement and implementation of its Safety & Loss Prevention Programme in order that none of its procedures, practices or methods of work will expose any employee to unnecessary hazards.

In keeping with this policy, all members of the management and supervision of whatever grade are always reminded that safety must take equal importance with cost and construction and that they have a moral and legal responsibility for the Safety and health of all employees under their control as laid down in Saudi Aramco Safety Manual, the Saudi Arabian Law and other applicable safety standards.

R. H. Al-Marri &Sons Co. maintains a permanent and organized staff that compose the Safety/Loss Prevention Group. The team is totally responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the Company's Safety/Loss Prevention Program and other applicable safety standards, including the Client's Safety Program throughout the duration of the contract. The Organization Chart presented shows co-ordination with off-site as well as onsite management of the Company and interfacing with Client's safety group. The number and composition of the safety group will increase proportionately depending on the project requirements or manpower provisions.
